Please choose membership card style first, then a dropdown menu will appear for your certificate choice, as well as a notes section for your name. If you do not leave your name we will use your shipping information. During final checkout, and on your order confirmation email, you will be able to see your choices and name.

* Please allow 30 business days to clear customs. It does not usually take this long, but it can.
* If you think your order should have arrived please call your local post office and speak to them. Sometimes with international orders either they do not leave the slip, or the slip gets lost so please make sure your item is not waiting for you locally before contacting us. Also, please note that the return address only says "TST" not our full name.
